This internship involves assisting Field Service Engineers with scheduled maintenance and technical issue resolution, ensuring adherence to Philips' quality and safety guidelines. The role requires delivering high-quality, responsive service to customers while representing Philips professionally. Ideal candidates are students in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields, possessing basic electronics knowledge, excellent Polish, good English, and strong organizational skills. This is a part-time field role.
Must have:
  • Assist Field Service Engineers with scheduled maintenance and technical issue resolution.
  • Ensure all work follows Philips' quality and safety guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality service and be responsive to customer needs.
  • Represent Philips professionally and positively with customers.
  • Currently studying Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Ideally finishing Bachelor or during Master Degree.
  • Excellent Polish skills (verbal and written).
  • Good English skills (written).
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
Good to have:
  • Hands-on experience

Job Details

Your role:

  • Assist our Field Service Engineers (FSEs) with scheduled maintenance and helping to solve technical issues when they arise.
  • Make sure all your work follows Philips' quality and safety guidelines.
  • Help us keep our customers satisfied by delivering high-quality service and being responsive to their needs.
  • Represent Philips in a professional and positive way when working directly with customers.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently studying in the field of Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or any related studies, ideally finishing Bachelor or during Master Degree
  • You have some basic knowledge of electronics. Hands-on experience will be a great plus
  • You have excellent Polish skills (both verbal and written) and good English (especially written)
  • You are a detail-oriented person with good time management and organizational skills

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is a field role.
