We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to support Facilities operations across Singapore and Japan. This role requires deep financial expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a forward-thinking mindset to drive cost efficiency, strategic planning, and AI-enabled productivity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can independently manage complex financial initiatives.
Must Have
- Lead forecasting and budgeting for OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount.
- Own and deliver NPV analysis for major capital projects.
- Develop 1-year to 5-year financial plans.
- Drive major savings initiatives.
- Benchmark ongoing OPEX costs and CAPEX.
- Ensure accurate reconciliations, accruals, and actuals validation.
- Champion an AI-first approach to financial analysis.
- Develop and deploy AI tools and automation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Proven track record in capital project evaluation, strategic planning, and cost benchmarking.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, modeling, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead forecasting and budgeting for OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount across Singapore and Japan facilities.
- Own and deliver NPV analysis for major capital projects and strategic investments.
- Develop and articulate 1-year to 5-year financial plans, aligning with corporate strategy and regional growth.
Strategic Initiatives & Cost Optimization
- Drive major savings initiatives including vendor renegotiations, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.
- Benchmark ongoing OPEX costs and CAPEX for major projects, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and execution.
Corporate Stewardship
- Collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate reconciliations, accruals, and actuals validation in compliance with corporate policies.
- Maintain financial integrity and transparency across all reporting and planning activities.
AI-First Productivity
- Champion an AI-first approach to financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop and deploy AI tools and automation to enhance accuracy, benchmarking, and decision support.
- Share best practices and train team members on AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Proven track record in capital project evaluation, strategic planning, and cost benchmarking.
