Job Description

Tripledot Studios is seeking an ambitious Financial Accountant to manage accounting functions across its international entities in the USA, Cyprus, and Germany. The role involves ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, including general ledger, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, accruals, payroll, and employee expenses. Responsibilities include preparing subsidiary financial reports, reviewing monthly entries, supporting audits, participating in the group's monthly close, and contributing to the establishment of parent company reporting processes and internal controls. The company is growing rapidly and aims to become a leading independent mobile games company.
Must Have:
  • Minimum five years of finance experience in a similar role
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or similar certification
  • Good understanding of IFRS accounting and reporting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with technology companies or Big 4 firms

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Accountant to guide Tripledot Studios through a remarkable period of growth. This is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work that will shape the future of our business, while also offering a platform for personal and professional growth.

We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to oversee all accounting functions across our international entities including the USA, Cyprus, and Germany. You'll be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, including general ledger, intercompany transactions, fixed asset management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, accruals, payroll accounting, and employee expenses. In this role you'll:

  • Prepare standalone financial reports for subsidiaries.
  • Review monthly entries from standalone companies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the audit team during the annual audit process.
  • Participate in the monthly close of the Group's financial period.
  • Contribute to the establishment of processes and internal controls for Parent Company reporting.
  • Apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work, ensuring full compliance.


Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least five years of experience in Finance in a similar position
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar Certification
  • Good understanding of accounting and reporting principles under IFRS
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrable experience working in or with technology companies or at a 'Big 4' company
