Job Description

This role is about making an impact on the world by putting People First and expanding the possible. You will be responsible for billing, acting as an Analyst and ensuring that all documents are issued quickly and accurately, and ensuring compliance with submission and collection deadlines. Your mission is to ensure contracts are followed as agreed, directly contributing to the efficiency of processes. You will support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing activities, collaborate with the IT team on testing and problem resolution, and control and monitor billing-related metrics.
Must have:
  • Responsible for billing, acting as an Analyst, ensuring all documents are issued quickly and accurately, ensuring compliance with submission and collection deadlines.
  • Ensure contracts are followed as agreed, directly contributing to process efficiency.
  • Issue invoices for materials, services, debit notes, cancellations, and other related documents accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Monitor team deliveries, ensuring all demands are completed quickly and efficiently.
  • Identify and report systemic errors, actively collaborating in the search for solutions.
  • Control and report cancellation and return processes, ensuring compliance and traceability.
  • Attend to requests from the internal team and external audit, focusing on excellence and partnership.
  • Support the Finance team in closing activities, contributing to the accuracy of results.
  • Support Accounts Payable demands, ensuring timely payments and strengthening relationships with suppliers.
  • Support Receiving and Registration processes, seeking operational efficiency and a good experience for Wabtec's internal audience.

Who will you work with?

You will support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing activities, collaborate with the IT team in executing tests and resolving problems, and act in the control and monitoring of metrics related to billing.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Graduation in Accounting Sciences or related areas
  • Experience in Billing
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power BI
  • Desirable knowledge of Oracle

What will your day-to-day be like?
