Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner & Analysis (FP&A) Contractor to support our financial decision-making and strategic planning. This contract position (3-5 hours per week) is ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional with experience in SaaS companies and real estate financial metrics. The FP&A contractor will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and providing data-driven insights to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with startups or high-growth companies, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on key financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refining and adapting our financial model to evolving business needs
• Modifying and guiding financial model adjustments based on pricing and GTM strategy
• Real estate finance expertise would be a huge plus (sales, brokering, etc.)
• Assisting with accounting tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Experience in startups or high-growth companies preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial forecasting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic financial insights.
