We are looking for an enterprising and dynamic person to participate in projects for the evolution of the Administration, Financial Statements, and Control areas for primary Italian banking groups.

By joining our group, you will take part in a path of efficiency and re-engineering of processes in the financial sector, using technology as an enabler of change.

The professional figure we are looking for must have a solid knowledge of administrative and financial statement processes (e.g., passive cycle, active cycle, asset management, financial statement preparation), as well as a basic knowledge of accounting for management events in the banking sector. You will be part of a continuously expanding team, made up of people specialized in different disciplines.

Your unique strengths

• We are looking for resources with experience in a similar role or with a background in administrative and financial statement structures and who can manage a team of junior resources.

Previous experience in auditing/consulting firms or other banking/financial institutions in similar roles will be a preferential requirement.

• For the profile we require:

• 4/5 years of experience preferably in the Financial Services sector;

• Degree in economic disciplines;

• Skills in one or more of these areas: administration, accounting and financial statements, administrative-accounting processes and models;

• Advanced knowledge of EPM applications (e.g. CCH Tagetik), knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile/Scrum);

• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad.

• Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);

• Good relational and communication skills;

• Curiosity, flexibility and spirit of initiative;

• Propensity for teamwork;

• Strong propensity for digital technologies;

• High problem-solving skills and results orientation;

• Fluent written and spoken English.
