Job Description

Responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable settlement section of a gaming company, optimizing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Develop and refine settlement data systems, prepare reports, and conduct data analysis to support financial decisions, including cost analysis and profit forecasting. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth settlement operations. Monitor industry policies and market trends to maintain compliance and adapt to changes. Drive the optimization and upgrade of settlement systems, working with technical teams for stability and data security. Oversee team building, talent development, and management within the settlement function.

Job Description

1. Fully responsible for the management of the accounts receivable and payable settlement section of the gaming company, formulating and optimizing settlement processes and systems to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant settlement operations;

2. Iterate and improve the settlement data system, prepare various settlement reports, and conduct data analysis to provide the company with accurate financial information and decision support, such as cost analysis and profit forecasting;

3. Communicate and collaborate closely with other departments within the company, and maintain good communication with external partners to ensure the smooth execution of settlement business;

4. Follow up on industry settlement-related policies and market dynamics, making timely adjustments to ensure compliance and adapt to industry development changes;

5. Promote the optimization and upgrade of the settlement system, propose system function improvement requirements, and collaborate with the technical department to ensure stable system operation and data security;

6. Responsible for the construction of the settlement direction, talent cultivation, and team management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics or related fields, CPA or other accounting qualification certificates preferred;

2. 8+ years of financial work experience, 2+ years of team management experience, and 5+ years of settlement/accounts payable experience in the internet or gaming industry;

3. Proficient in financial settlement-related laws and regulations and accounting standards, skilled in accounts receivable and payable management, cost accounting, financial analysis and other professional knowledge;

4. Possess rich experience in settlement system operation, proficient in financial software and office software, such as UFIDA, Kingdee, Excel, experience in system optimization or implementation preferred;

5. Strong ability to work under pressure, high sense of responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work, integrity and diligence, and passion for financial settlement work.
