Your Mission & Impact

Lead mission-critical transformation initiatives that revolutionize how the world's financial markets operate. As a Senior Project Manager at Nasdaq, you'll architect and deliver sophisticated technology solutions that directly influence global financial systems and set new industry standards.

• Lead complex, large-scale implementations that shape the future of capital markets
• Manage multi-million dollar projects with full P&L responsibility
• Drive strategic initiatives across global teams, managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Transform sophisticated customer requirements into executable roadmaps
• Pioneer innovative solutions that give our customers competitive advantages

Your Success Blueprint

• Design and execute project strategies aligned with Nasdaq's vision of market leadership
• Lead governance and risk management frameworks ensuring project success
• Leverage advanced expertise in PMI and Agile frameworks to drive project excellence
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders
• Mentor and develop high-performing project teams

Your Expertise

• Significant years of project management experience in capital markets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Dual certification in PMP and CSM
• Mastery of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint)
• Proven track record of successful large-scale implementations
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Global mindset with willingness to travel

• Monthly base salary starting from 4000 to 4500 EUR gross (final offer based on experience)

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Vilnius. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to work on-site and remotely. As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible. A valid EU work permit is required.
