Job Description

Nasdaq is seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst, Financial Technology to support the Marketing Director and the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives. This role involves executing strategic marketing and partnership initiatives, accelerating partner marketing for the Fintech division, managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating campaigns, and supporting strategic initiatives aligned with Nasdaq's vision in financial technology. The analyst will also assist with partner and client engagement, co-marketing material creation, and event coordination.
Must Have:
  • Support the development and execution of co-marketing programs with key commercial partners, such as AWS.
  • Assist with partner event co-marketing activities and campaigns including speaking engagements, case studies, digital marketing activities, and client references.
  • Work with the partner team to secure internal Nasdaq approval for adhoc co-marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in executing activities on the co-marketing framework to address announcements, demand generation, marketing development funds, campaigns, and other key milestones.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue and Client Success organizations to align partner relationships with revenue potential.
  • Assist with partner event co-marketing activities and campaigns including written materials and content.
  • Coordinate Nasdaq Fintech Insights sessions, focusing on regulatory changes and their impact on clients.
  • Organize presentations and webinars to showcase collaboration with partners, emphasizing differentiation and client benefits.
  • Facilitate participation in live events and trade talks, ensuring alignment with partner-hosted events.
  • Develop written co-marketing materials, including emails, case studies, Q&As, and two-pagers, aligning with GTM priorities.
  • Create questionnaires for factsheets to highlight value propositions and product ecosystems for IT and business audiences.
  • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in identifying areas of potential influence for Nasdaq’s Financial Technology across industry research and reports.
  • Support the execution of analyst relations activities, including scheduling briefings and interviews.
  • Manage awards calendar and campaign process for select awards.
  • Ensure influencers are kept informed about various product launches, divisional updates and competitive dynamics.
  • Maintain and update a list of client references for awards and RFIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the execution of marketing initiatives related to key strategic partners.
  • Assist in developing communications via internal and external newsletters, town halls, and other engaging channels.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and program budget tracking.
  • Monitor and track analyst report calendars and awards with the product marketing team.
  • Update the Partner Page on Nasdaq's website to reflect current partnerships and opportunities.
  • Create a Partner Highspot or landing page to centralize resources and information about partner collaborations.
  • Work with the digital team to track partnership marketing impact digitally across appropriate webpages and social channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or partnership management.

The Marketing and Partnerships Senior Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives in executing strategic marketing and partnership initiatives to accelerate partner marketing for the Fintech division. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The associate will assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that align with Nasdaq's vision in financial technology. The ideal candidate will support various marketing activities, including partner and client engagement, co-marketing material creation, and event coordination.

Strategic Partnership Coordination

  • Support the development and execution of co-marketing programs with key commercial partners, such as our largest partner, AWS.
  • Assist with partner event comarketing activities and campaigns including speaking engagements, case studies, digital marketing activities, and client references. Work with the partner team to secure internal Nasdaq approval for adhoc comarketing initiatives.
  • Assist in executing activities on the co-marketing framework to address announcements, demand generation, marketing development funds, campaigns, and other key milestones.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue and Client Success organizations to align partner relationships with revenue potential and according to the co-marketing frameworks.

Global Alliances Partner and Client Engagement Activities & Strategic Initiative Support

  • Assist with partner event comarketing activities and campaigns including written materials and content.
  • Coordinate Nasdaq Fintech Insights sessions, focusing on regulatory changes and how they impact clients.
  • Organize presentations and webinars to showcase collaboration with partners, emphasizing differentiation and client benefits.
  • Facilitate participation in live events and trade talks, ensuring alignment with partner-hosted events.
  • Develop written co-marketing materials, including emails, case studies, Q&As, and two-pagers, aligning with GTM priorities.

Influencer Engagement Support: Industry Research Analysts

  • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in identifying areas of potential influence for Nasdaq’s Financial Technology across industry research and reports.
  • Support the execution of analyst relations activities, including scheduling briefings and interviews.
  • Managing awards calendar and campaign process for select awards (ensuring awards are promoted digitally, on marketing collateral etc.)
  • Ensure influencers are kept informed about various product launches, divisional updates and competitive dynamics across the overall fintech portfolio.
  • Maintain and update a list of client references for awards and RFIs.

Program Management Assistance: Awards and Associations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the execution of marketing initiatives related to key strategic partners.
  • Assist in developing communications via internal and external newsletters as they relate to fintech, town halls, and other engaging channels.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and program budget tracking.
  • Monitor and track analyst report calendars and awards with the product marketing team, ensuring timely completion of survey and RFI requests.

Digital Co-Marketing for Fintech Ecosystem Partners

  • Update the Partner Page on Nasdaq's website to reflect current partnerships and opportunities.
  • Create a Partner Highspot or landing page to centralize resources and information about partner collaborations.
  • Work with the digital team to track partnership marketing impact digitally across appropriate webpages and social channels.
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or partnership management.

This position will be located in Toront, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
