Job Summary
The ETP/Options Manager at Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department oversees regulatory operations for Nasdaq-listed Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs) and supports options market listings. This role requires deep expertise in ETPs, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills to manage regulatory operations in a fast-paced environment. The manager will supervise a team of regulatory analysts and engage with issuer clients on compliance matters, contributing to investor protection and market integrity.
Must Have
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations for ETP and options listing compliance programs.
- Supervise a team of regulatory analysts and drive process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ETPs and options, providing insights to internal teams and clients.
- Engage with issuer clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Support Nasdaq policy initiatives and present program updates to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of ETP industry experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
- Strong understanding of ETP structures and industry trends.
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Exposure to regulatory environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort with basic data analytics and reporting tools.

Job Description
As an ETP/Options Manager reporting to senior leadership within the Listing Qualifications Department, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing regulatory operations for Nasdaq-listed Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs) and supporting options market listings. Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Group’s mission is to protect investors and market integrity by ensuring that listed companies meet the Nasdaq Stock Market’s rigorous listing standards. We are looking for an exceptional manager to join our experienced team of regulatory experts. Our ideal candidate has a has a strong working knowledge of Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs), experience supervising small teams, is a problem solver, likes new challenges and can work effectively in a team environment. In this role, you will be part of a team of 200+ legal, compliance, surveillance and regulatory professionals located in the U.S. and Europe. You’ll thrive in this position if you have deep expertise in ETPs, strong leadership and communication skills, a knack for problem-solving and process improvement, and the ability to manage regulatory operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of ETP industry experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
- Strong understanding of ETP structures and industry trends.
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and Access is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in options markets and trading.
- Exposure to regulatory environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort with basic data analytics and reporting tools.
