Your daily life

Join us on the Vélizy campus, which hosts a wide variety of Thales activities, including aerospace, defense, and civil. Located west of Paris, this site offers a work environment equipped with the latest technological innovations and provides services to reconcile professional and personal life.

By joining us, you will be entrusted with the following missions within the AVS MIS Vélizy Safety Department and will report to the establishment's Security Officer:

• You receive and pre-analyze the various requests from the entire establishment and collect additional information from applicants.
• You manage the validation of site access requests in compliance with regulatory obligations.
• You manage the arrivals and departures of employees, interns, service providers, and subcontractors on the site.
• You participate in the preparation of reporting and analyses for the safety department.
• You organize the sending of awareness materials to site personnel as needed (appointments, advice sheets, memos, etc.).
• You intervene in collaboration with other concerned bureau members and site management services (site management, HSE) on complex requests.
• You organize and sensitize tutors, interns, and apprentices on the rules for protecting and controlling internship reports and theses.

Your profile

Do you have a professional and/or academic background related to safety and security professions (police, army, gendarmerie)?

Are you a Bac+2 graduate in assistance, or equivalent?

Do you have at least 5 years of successful experience in an administrative management position?

Have you already been responsible for procedures in a particularly demanding environment?

Do you master Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access?

Do your organizational skills, rigor, and adaptability to different interlocutors and situations allow you to manage your priorities while moving from one task to another?

Dynamic, are you recognized for your discretion, autonomy, perseverance, and versatility during periods of high workload?
