In the post-sales support department, you will provide maintenance, technical support, and other support services to customers (individual and corporate) who have purchased HP PC products and support services. The work is diverse, and the assignment will be decided based on the individual's aptitude and wishes.
Indirectly supports all sales activities and ensures smooth corporate operations.
Utilizes technology and data to manage customer information and analyze data, contributing to overall organizational results by providing sales support based on these insights.
Responsible for a part of the entire flow from supply chain processes, demand-supply analysis/management, purchasing operations, to order reception and shipment/delivery.
