Formal Verification Intern

Join Marvell's Formal Verification team in the Switch IP department, working on high-performance switches for data centers, enterprises, and mobile infrastructure. This internship offers a unique opportunity to participate in the verification of ASIC/VLSI designs for complex IP blocks, develop advanced Formal Verification structures, and gain deep expertise in functional verification using industry-standard tools and languages. You will contribute to the development of next-generation Switch IP, growing into a skilled formal verification engineer within the semiconductor industry.

Must Have

• B.Sc. student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, ideally in the 4th semester
• Basic knowledge of logic gates and combinational logic
• Programming experience or familiarity
