Motorola Solutions is seeking a Forwarding Account Representative for their Dallas office. This full-time, onsite role involves assisting banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by coordinating repossessions with a network of agents. The position requires strong organizational and computer skills, including Google Suite, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. It is not a collections or sales role but involves regular communication with clients and agents. Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Good To Have:

Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from various sources (court records, credit header data, people location software)
Use location databases and software (automatic license plate recognition software) to locate vehicles
Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
Manage the repossession process for bank clients
Work closely with bank employees
Proactively monitor accounts and address issues
Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
Strong attention to detail

Must Have:

Assist banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans
Place accounts for repossession with contracted agents
Communicate regularly with banks and field agents
Use multiple computer monitors
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Perform entry-level data entry
Work full-time, M-F 8-5 or 9-6
Possess strong computer skills and internet savvy
Experience using Google Suite applications
Strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

We are searching for a Forwarding Account Representative. Must have experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized. This position is responsible for assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. This is not a collections or sales job, however you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field. Must have the ability to use multiple computer monitors, inbound/outbound calls and possess entry level data entry skills. This is solely an office position and not a remote position.

Must be able to work full-time, M-F 8-5; 9-6 is available after the training period
Seeking candidate with strong computer skills and internet savvy
Experience using Google Suite applications
Must have strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
