As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at Goto Financial (GTF), you will support the Fintech Business, including GoPay, Consumer Loans, Merchant Loans, and Merchant Payments. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, business and financial reviews, and financial modeling. You will play a key role in shaping GTF’s strategy and contributing to critical corporate decisions for senior management from a financial planning and analysis perspective. Key duties involve driving planning processes, developing financial forecasts, creating and maintaining financial models, preparing financial business reviews, tracking business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating business metrics into financial impacts.
Must have:
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to perform under pressure

About the Role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis at Goto Financial (GTF), you will be supporting the Fintech Business, including GoPay, Consumer Loans (BNPL & P2P), Merchant Loans, and Merchant Payments. In this role, you will engage in various finance activities such as budgeting, business and financial reviews, and financial modeling. You will play a key role in shaping GTF’s strategy and contributing to critical corporate decisions made by senior management (CEO, CFO, etc.) from a financial planning and analysis perspective.
What You Will Do
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, annual, or multi-year planning process. Support the development of financial forecasts and operational goals, and apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making.
- Develop and/or maintain high level financial modeling (monthly or annual): build models from scratch, improve existing models, capture complex business reality/dynamics, propose solutions and drive better decision making.
- Responsible for preparation of the Financial Monthly Business Review process with the Senior Management.
- Track business performance and identify areas of risk & opportunities for further improvements from finance perspectives.
- Responsible to highlight key financial issues and deliver the proposed solutions to the stakeholders
- Able to translate business metrics/requirements into clear financial impact/results and vice-versa.
- Provide insightful financial analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis as but not limited to operating metrics performance, business unit performance review, and other financial ratios analysis.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Strategy-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial insights.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and a continuous learning attitude.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
