Job Summary

ION Group is a leading fintech company with over 13,000 employees globally, providing workflow automation software and data insights to financial institutions. They are looking for a Front End Developer to join a new project disrupting financial markets and core banking. The role involves translating designs into code, creating customer-centric experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, developing responsive web applications, working within Agile frameworks, managing source control, and communicating effectively with international teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, OOP, functional programming, and expertise in Angular or React. Familiarity with agile development, source control best practices, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

What you will do

* You will be responsible for translating designs into code and creating customer-centric experiences.

* Implement user interface designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

* Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications

* Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

* Manage source control systems adhering to best practices

* Communicate effectively with team members across different time zones

About you

* Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

* Experience in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3

* Experience with OOP and functional programming

* Expertise in at least one of: Angular or React

* Familiarity with agile development methodology

* Experience with source control systems and best practices

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork

* Fluency in English (B2 or higher)

* Valid EU visa or work permit

Nice to have
