Fruits and Vegetables Trainer M/F

The Groupement Mousquetaires, through its Intermarché & Netto brands, is seeking a Fruits and Vegetables Trainer for its South East Regional Directorate. This full-time, permanent position involves extensive travel across several departments in the South East of France. The trainer will be responsible for developing sales and profitability in the fruits and vegetables department by training store employees, supporting points of sale during structural events, auditing departments for quality, and ensuring adherence to the brand's commercial strategy. The role requires a Bac +2 degree and at least 5 years of experience in the fruits and vegetables sector.

Must Have

• Train store employees on the fruits and vegetables department to develop sales and increase profitability
• Improve employee skills in the department
• Define and validate support plans for store owners during structural events (creation, expansion, transfer, remodeling, rallying)
• Advise store owners on equipment, installation, and team organization choices
• Advise store employees on product ranges, layout, and animation
• Define action plans to implement commercial policy
• Propose areas for improvement
• Master the brand's positioning, recommendations, and principles for department management
• Bac +2 degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fruits and vegetables departments as a manager or similar role
• Pedagogical and listening skills
• Autonomous and organized
• Proactive and diplomatic in convincing others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description

Within the South East Regional Directorate, and reporting to the Point of Sale Performance Pole Manager, we are looking for a Fruits and Vegetables Trainer M/F on a permanent contract (CDI).

Itinerant position covering the following departments: Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (04), Hautes-Alpes (05), Alpes-Maritimes (06), Ardèche (07), Aude (11), Bouches-du-Rhône (13), Drôme (26), Gard (30), Hérault (34), Lozère (48), Pyrénées-Orientales (66), Var (83), Vaucluse (84).

Concretely, what will be your missions? 🔎

As a Fruits and Vegetables Trainer, you participate in the development of turnover and the increase in profitability of the department. Your missions are structured around 4 aspects:

Employee Training

• Train Point of Sale employees on your department to develop turnover and increase the profitability of the expert department
• Develop the skills of employees in the department

Support for Points of Sale during structural events (creation, expansion, transfer, remodeling, rallying)

• Define, formalize, and have the franchisee validate the support plan to be implemented
• Advise the franchisee on their choices of equipment, installation, and team organization necessary with regard to the objectives
• Advise Point of Sale employees on the choices to be made in terms of ranges, layout, and animation within the framework of the Point of Sale's evolution

Department Audits to meet customer satisfaction and in a quality approach

• Define action plans to implement the commercial policy
• Propose areas for improvement

Guarantee of the Brand's strategy and principles for your department

• Master the positioning, recommendations, and principles of the Brand in department management

You could also contribute to other projects.

Qualifications

What if your skills could fuel our mission?

• With a Bac +2 degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in fruits and vegetables departments, as a department manager or in a similar position, ideally across different brands and/or store sizes.
• You have a sense of pedagogy and listening, you are also autonomous and organized.
• For this job, it is also necessary to be proactive, to know how to convince with diplomacy.
• In addition, you master the Office pack.
