SharePoint & Copilot Consultant

We are looking for a talented and experienced SharePoint & Copilot Consultant to join our team and contribute to projects related to document management on SharePoint, as well as the implementation of intranets or employee portals. The role involves designing and delivering solutions using the M365 ecosystem, with a focus on Power Platform and Copilot AI, including application development, automation, deployment, and agent development. The consultant will advise clients, lead workshops, and manage project phases from scoping to deployment, prioritizing low-code/no-code solutions.

Must Have

• Expertise in understanding functional requirements and technical details regarding Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Strong development skills with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Minimum 5 years working with SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• In-depth expertise in SharePoint Online (modern sites, document management, intranet, governance) and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, Loop, Shifts, etc.).
• Mastery of Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas & Model-Driven, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder) and Copilot / Copilot Studio.

Good to Have

• Skills in Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Purview.
• Interest or experience with Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and Finance & Operations.
• Knowledge of migration tools (e.g., ShareGate).
• Azure AI Foundry, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Graph API, Dynamics 365 (Sales, Business Central, Finance & Operations).

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced SharePoint & Copilot Consultant to join our team and contribute to projects related to document management on SharePoint, as well as the implementation of intranets or employee portals. Our offer also includes assignments around the Power Platform (application development and automation) and Copilot AI (deployment, support, agent development, etc.). The consultant will be involved in the design and delivery of these solutions using technologies from the M365 ecosystem.

Reporting to the Modern Workplace Director, the candidate must have expertise in understanding functional requirements and technical details regarding Microsoft SharePoint Online. In addition, the consultant should have strong development skills with Microsoft Power Platform and especially Copilot Studio. A good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment is also required. Skills in Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Purview would be highly appreciated. Interest or experience with Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and Finance & Operations would also be an asset for our integration projects.

Your mission consists of:

Leadership & Vision

• Advise clients to optimise their Microsoft 365 and Copilot ecosystem by designing strategic roadmaps for governance, document management, and generative AI integration.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the Modern Workplace / AI Workforce Solutions team by fostering professional development and promoting an open mindset.

Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Lead workshops to gather requirements, formalise functional and technical documents, and collaborate with architects to design tailored solutions.
• Research best practices to improve processes and perform testing of developed applications.

Technical Expertise & Innovation

• Manage all project phases (scoping, design, migration, development, deployment) related to SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot, prioritising low-code/no-code solutions.
• Implement Copilot agents via Copilot Studio and provide user support on Microsoft 365 tools.
• Maintain active monitoring of emerging technologies (Agentic AI, Azure AI, Purview, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience:
