As an FSI Industry Lead, you will be a key element in shaping our growth and differentiation within the financial services sector. In this senior role, you will help define and communicate how our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions address the unique business challenges of banking, insurance, and fintech organizations—whether around regulatory compliance, customer experience, operational efficiency, or data readiness for AI. You will act as a trusted advisor—internally and externally—bridging deep industry insight with data capabilities. Your work will include developing high-impact business use cases, creating compelling business content, supporting strategic sales engagements, and engaging directly with C-level stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely across functions to ensure we stay aligned with market needs and customer expectations, while helping financial services organizations realize the business value of trustworthy data.
Key responsibilities
Industry Messaging & Use Case definition:
- Develop and refine compelling, insight-led messaging that positions master data management as a strategic asset for financial services organizations—enabling better risk management, customer experience, ESG readiness, digital onboarding, and AI enablement.
- Identify, prioritize, and package high-value use cases relevant for the FSI industry key personas, addressing business key challenges.
- Translate evolving market trends and regulatory frameworks into actionable, industry-relevant value propositions.
- Ensure consistent industry positioning across marketing, sales, product, and partner communications.
Sales Support & Executive Engagement:
- Support sales teams by joining strategic opportunities, tailoring messaging, and helping shape proposals for banking, insurance, and other financial services companies.
- Engage directly with C-level executives (e.g., CDO, CIO, COO, Head of Risk) to elevate master data management conversations to the business agenda.
- Provide business context and storytelling that builds confidence and trust with executive stakeholders.
Thought Leadership & Content Creation:
- Serve as a visible thought leader in the financial services industry—contributing to whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and analyst interactions.
- Develop engaging content that connects FSI business priorities to the value of trustworthy data.
- Support campaigns and customer-facing initiatives with use-case narratives, value messaging, and industry-relevant success stories.
Enablement & Field Readiness:
- Deliver field enablement for sales, presales, and partner teams with FSI-specific training, messaging guides, and objection-handling content.
- Create and maintain playbooks, value maps, and talk tracks aligned to the financial services buyer journey.
- Ensure internal teams can confidently articulate the business value of master data management in the FSI landscape.
Customer Interaction & Market Feedback:
- Act as a strategic advisor to key customers and partners
- Bring customer and market feedback into other areas of the organization to influence business plans and go-to-market activities.
Qualification & experience
- 10+ years of experience in financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, capital markets, fintech)
- Strong understanding of FSI processes and regulatory frameworks, especially those that impact data management and governance within the industry (e.g., IFRS 9, Basel III, AML/CFT, BCBS 239, Solvency II, etc.).
- Participation in key digital transformation initiatives in FSI organizations.
- Proven ability to engage senior business stakeholders and contribute to strategic sales cycles.
- Familiar with data strategy or Data Governance initiatives.
- Background in defining or promoting data-driven use cases across functional and business areas.
