Key responsibilities include test planning, design, execution, defect management, and collaboration within Agile/Scrum environments, along with continuous improvement of testing processes.

Must Have

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Report and escalate issues, risks, or defects to the development team
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and release planning in Agile/Scrum environments
