Must Have

  • 3+ years as Game Designer on midcore mobile titles

Job Description

We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, War Robots: Frontiers – and many more.

Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

What you’ll do:
  • Own game features from concept to launch: write GDDs, pitch ideas to the team, and track results through analytics
  • Plan and run A/B tests and playtests to validate ideas
  • Balance systems in spreadsheets — and unleash your creativity in game design docs
  • Research player behavior, generate hypotheses, request analytics, and turn insights into actionable improvements
What you need to succeed:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer on midcore mobile titles
  • Solid grasp of in-game economy design, probability theory, and math fundamentals
  • Ability to distill a feature to its core — and cut what’s not essential
  • Broad gaming experience and passion for working on Tacticool
  • Strong sense of ownership, team spirit, and communication skills
