Job Description
This Game Designer II role involves independent client interaction, critical evaluation of games, and creating design documentation and wireframes. Candidates must have a passion for gaming, strong analytical skills, and experience managing at least one reportee, including providing feedback, motivation, and contributing to process improvements. Experience with at least two released games is also required.
Must Have:
- Interact with clients without supervision.
- Critically evaluate games under development.
- Experience in Game design documentation and wireframes.
- Worked on at least 2 released games.
- Passion for gaming and being a gamer.
- Possess good assessment and logical mindset.
- Manage a minimum of one reportee.
- Efficiently utilize assigned reportees.
- Provide proper ratings and feedback to reportees.
- Motivate and assist reportees in their work.
- Provide inputs for process fine-tuning.
