About the Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is the research and development division of Lightspeed Studios, which has worked on various high-quality games, including PUBG Mobile. The Tech Center drives technological research and innovation, providing technical support for game titles throughout their lifecycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next-generation technology, and technical partnerships.

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

Game engine feature development, including graphic rendering, animation, physics, and toolchains.

Who We Look For

Application Requirements

1. University degree or higher.

2. Proficient in related knowledge such as engine architecture, graphic rendering, animation, and physics.

3. Proficient in C++, data structures, and algorithms, and interested in code quality and performance optimization.

4. Actively interested in the latest game engine technology trends in the industry and able to apply learned knowledge to practical work.

5. Responsible, with good teamwork and communication skills.

6. Strong proactive attitude towards development quality.

Salary

Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)

• Consideration will be given to experience, skills, etc., and preferential treatment will be given according to company regulations.
• For general employees, fixed overtime pay for 35 hours per month is included.

For managerial positions, fixed overtime pay for 10 hours is included.

Working Hours/Holidays

Working hours 09:30 ~ 18:30, Break time 60 minutes

Flexible time available

Complete two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Paid leave: For the first year of employment, prorated based on the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.

New Year holidays (Dec 30 - Jan 3)

Paid sick leave: 12 days/year (granted separately from paid leave)
