Requirements:

  • Experience: +5 years of experience in game production or project management, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Passion for Gaming: Deep understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology, with a strong passion for gaming.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with game development processes, tools, and platforms, including Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.

Main task pool:

  • Project Management: Lead the development process from concept to release, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers, artists, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring out the best of everyone’s capabilities plus execute the game vision effectively.
  • Feature Planning and Prioritization: Work with the team to define feature roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to achieve project milestones. Running sprint planning, sprint retrospective to constantly improve team processes and dynamics.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality throughout the development cycle, conducting regular playtests, bug tracking, and feedback sessions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in development and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor player feedback, analyze game metrics, and work with the community management team to address player concerns and improve player experience.
  • Market Analysis: To inform decision-making and strategy, stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to explore monetization strategies, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
