Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional game development experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with the Godot Engine (preferably 4.x).
• Strong proficiency in GDScript, with understanding of scene trees, signals, and node systems.
• Proven experience building and shipping games (commercial or indie).
• Experience working with WebGL/Web Export and browser-based optimization.
• Familiarity with Web3 tools and libraries (web3.js, ethers.js, wallet integrations).
• Understanding of blockchain mechanics: NFTs, token economies, smart contract interactions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate the development and optimization of the core gameplay loop for a roguelite action-RPG using Godot (4.x).
• Implement gameplay features from scratch and work on the improvements of the existing ones.
• Integrate blockchain mechanics: wallet connections, NFTs, smart contract interactions (via web3.js or ethers.js).
• Build scalable UI/UX components for inventory, progression, and on-chain features.
• Collaborate with designers and blockchain engineers to align gameplay mechanics with tokenomics.
• Optimize performance for WebGL and browser-based deployment.
• Maintain clean, modular, and maintainable GDScript code.
