The Global Compensation Sr. Specialist will be responsible for planning and operating compensation systems to ensure fair and competitive rewards for KRAFTON's global workforce. This includes reviewing and maintaining compensation systems across global studios and HQ, designing strategic compensation plans for a rapidly growing and changing corporate environment, and supporting employee engagement and motivation. Responsibilities encompass collaboration with global HR and overseas studios, establishing global Total Rewards guidelines (base salary increases, incentive operation standards, etc.), managing global compensation cycles using Workday, designing and reviewing competitive compensation systems based on global market and industry benchmarks, creating and distributing compensation-related communication materials, and planning and establishing compensation systems (reviewing basic salary structures, designing incentive systems, and designing long-term incentive targets/structures).
