Global Compensation Senior Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
The Global Compensation Sr. Specialist will be responsible for planning and operating compensation systems to ensure fair and competitive rewards for KRAFTON's global workforce. This includes reviewing and maintaining compensation systems across global studios and HQ, designing strategic compensation plans for a rapidly growing and changing corporate environment, and supporting employee engagement and motivation. Responsibilities encompass collaboration with global HR and overseas studios, establishing global Total Rewards guidelines (base salary increases, incentive operation standards, etc.), managing global compensation cycles using Workday, designing and reviewing competitive compensation systems based on global market and industry benchmarks, creating and distributing compensation-related communication materials, and planning and establishing compensation systems (reviewing basic salary structures, designing incentive systems, and designing long-term incentive targets/structures).
Must have:
- 6+ years in corporate HR, 3+ years in compensation planning/operations
- Experience leading company-wide compensation cycles (base salary, STI, LTI)
- Fluent English communication, experience collaborating with diverse HR cultures
- High initiative, responsibility, global perspective, comfortable with independent work
- Excellent communication, reporting, data analysis, and documentation skills
Good to have:
- Experience handling HR operations/compensation systems in multiple countries
- HR experience in the IT/gaming industry or rapidly changing organizational environments

- 글로벌 HR 및 해외 스튜디오와의 협업을 통해 각 국가별 보상 운영 현황을 파악하고, 실질적인 제도 개선 및 운영 전략 수립
- 글로벌 Total Rewards 가이드라인 수립 및 운영 (ex. 기본급 인상률, 인센티브 운영 기준 등)
- Workday를 활용한 글로벌 보상 사이클 운영
- 글로벌 시장 및 산업 벤치마크를 기반으로 경쟁력 있는 보상 체계 설계 및 검토
- 각 권역 특성에 맞는 보상 관련 커뮤니케이션 자료 기획/작성 및 전달보상 제도 기획 및 정책 수립: 마켓과 기업문화를 고려한 기본급 구조 검토, 인센티브 제도 설계, 장기 인센티브 대상/구조 설계
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 기업 HR 조직에서 6년 이상의 경험, 그 중 3년 이상 보상 기획/운영 경험이 있으신 분
- 전사 차원의 보상 Cycle(기본급, STI, LTI 등)을 주도적으로 운영해 보신 분
- 영어 커뮤니케이션이 원활하며, 다양한 문화권의 HR과 협업해 본 경험이 있으신 분
- 높은 주도성과 책임감, 글로벌 시각을 가지고 자율적으로 일하는 방식에 익숙하신 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 보고, 데이터 분석, 문서 작성 스킬을 보유하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
