Job Description

As part of the broader brand product team, partner with Sales, Product Management, and Business Marketing leadership to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for our branding solutions offerings, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market. Conduct research into business owners, agencies, creators and competitors to understand their creative production philosophy and needs. Partner closely with the sales team to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform direction of product development. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives. Build an understanding of the most nascent advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals. Turn the insights into actionable deliverables, including but not limited to product functions or third-party solution packages that help business owners up their creative game. Own all aspects of campaign execution, ranging from campaign calendar planning to content ideation and creation, from explorative concept validation to best practice scale-up. Identify relevant and significant ways to further engage and educate our audience. Track and analyze key content metrics and identify rooms for further improvement and growth.
Must have:
  • 4 years of experience in Product marketing and operations, product management, or product strategy in the digital advertising industry
  • 4 years of experience in Defining product value, and creating pricing logic and hierarchy
  • 4 years of experience in Building business cases from market research to analysis
  • 4 years of experience in Developing marketing messages for different audiences
  • 4 years of experience in Building go-to-market plans and content to drive product adoption

Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Product marketing and operations, product management, or product strategy in the digital advertising industry; Defining product value, and creating pricing logic and hierarchy; Building business cases from market research to analysis; Developing marketing messages for different audiences; and Building go-to-market plans and content to drive product adoption. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $280987 - $280987 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
