Intel is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior IT Director to lead the transformation of its sourcing and procurement capabilities. Reporting to the VP & GM of Supply Chain IT (SCIT), this role is pivotal to Intel’s IDM 2.0 strategy and IAO ERP transformation, driving modernization across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from sourcing and contracting to purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payments.
This leader will define and execute a multi-year strategy, deliver complex multi-release programs, and manage a high-reliability product portfolio. The role partners closely with Global Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to enable digital, data-driven, AI-ready processes on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Icertis CLM, OpenText, and E2Open.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned with IDM 2.0 and IAO ERP modernization, anchored in outcome-based OKRs.
- Transformation Delivery: Lead the transformation of direct, indirect, and capital procurement processes using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Procurement Content, Network, Invoicing).
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract lifecycle via Icertis CLM; manage document flows through OpenText; enable supplier collaboration and B2B/EDI integration via E2Open.
- Subcontractor Integration: Ensure seamless operations and communication for subcontractor manufacturing through E2Open.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across Procurement, Finance, and IT to drive adoption and deliver business value.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs such as touchless PO/invoice rates, on-time payments, discount capture, cycle time, and contract compliance.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing global delivery and operations teams; establish strong vendor and SI governance.
- Security & Compliance: Embed security and controls (GRC/SoD, least privilege) from design through operations; partner with InfoSec and Audit for compliance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure platform reliability with strong SLOs for availability, change success, quality, and user experience; manage RAIDs and quality gates.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously integrate best practices including process mining, AI/ML, and OCR to enhance automation and decision-making.
- Industry Engagement: Collaborate with industry experts and partners to validate strategies and close capability gaps.
Key Domains of Experience
- Procurement Expertise: Deep experience in direct, indirect, and capital procurement; spend management using SAP S/4HANA (MM/Central Procurement) and SAP Ariba.
- Supplier Collaboration: Strong background in supplier management, contract lifecycle via Icertis, document management via OpenText, and B2B/EDI orchestration with E2Open.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science/Information Systems/Supply Chain or related field with 10+ years of experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership (portfolio, budgets, people).
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA procure to pay and SAP Ariba with successful global rollouts and hypercare.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and financial controls (SoD, ITGC, GRC).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/MS is a plus
- Experience in semiconductor or high capital-intensive manufacturing highly preferred.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$252,260.00-356,140.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
