Job Description
As a Global Recruiting Leader at Apple, you will be leading a cross-functional recruiting team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and continuously improve the global recruiting process. The role involves building an efficient and scalable talent pipeline, delivering a world-class candidate experience, and attracting the world’s best talent. You will work closely with the People Leadership Team and senior leaders across the organization. The role is integral in creating a culture where team members feel inspired, valued, developed, connected, and cared for.
