The Global Shopper Marketing Manager defines and implements global shopper strategies across various touchpoints and channels, partnering with BPL, Range, MarCom, and Design teams to boost Omnichannel distribution and shopper conversion. This role involves developing global shopper marketing strategies, creating toolboxes for regions, leading online content excellence for platforms like Amazon, and collaborating with regional teams to adapt strategies to local markets. The manager ensures global strategies are integrated into commercial plans and tailored for regional success, focusing on categories like Power Toothbrushes and B2C Whitening.
Must Have:
  • Define shopper strategy and approach across touchpoints and channels.
  • Lead cross-category marketing deliverables with BPL, Range, MarCom, and Design.
  • Accelerate Omnichannel distribution and Shopper Conversion.
  • Ensure global shopper strategies are embedded in commercial plans.
  • Develop and maintain a global shopper marketing strategy.
  • Translate consumer insights into shopper-focused activation strategies.
  • Build omni-channel frameworks for shopper journeys.
  • Design, deliver, and cascade global category toolboxes to Regions.
  • Lead development of cross-category planogram recommendations.
  • Define shopper-led brand executions (e.g., Touch & Feel, Displays).
  • Brief MarCom & Design on shopper assets beyond Key Visual.
  • Ensure best-in-class Omnichannel execution for Brand and key NPIs.
  • Lead Amazon PDP briefing process, WoW, scope, and budget planning.
  • Lead .com PDP process, WoW, and online content changes.
  • Partner with Region and Zone Marketing teams to adapt global strategies.
  • Provide training, best practices, and performance frameworks.
  • Partner with MI&A and Commercial Analytics to measure shopper behavior.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Shopper and/or Consumer Marketing.
  • Be a shopper strategist.
  • Thrive on connecting global strategy with local execution.
  • Be a strong cross-functional collaborator.
  • Possess a commercial mindset.
  • Love crafting shopper experiences across channels.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Your challenge:

The Global Shopper Marketing Manager defines the shopper strategy and approach across touchpoints and channels and leads cross-category marketing deliverables in close partnership with the BPL and Range teams, MarCom and Design to accelerate Omnichannel distribution and Shopper Conversion. The role ensures global shopper strategies are embedded in commercial plans and tailored to regional realities.

Your role:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain a global shopper marketing strategy in alignment with brand and category priorities
  • Translate consumer insights into shopper-focused activation strategies that influence purchase decisions at the point of sale
  • Build omni-channel frameworks that integrate in-store, digital, and e-commerce shopper journeys

Global Shopper Marketing Toolbox

  • Design, deliver, and cascade global category toolboxes to Regions
  • Lead the development of cross-category planogram recommendations by channel
  • Define shopper-led brand executions (eg Touch & Feel, End Gondola, Displays, Brand Demo kits)
  • Brief MarCom & Design on shopper assets beyond Key Visual
  • Support Range CMMs for NPI Toolboxes

Online Excellence Subject Matter Expert

  • Ensure best in class Omnichannel execution for Brand and key NPIs
  • Lead Amazon PDP briefing process, WoW, scope, budget planning with agency (Molecular)
  • Lead .com PDP process, WoW, brand.com changes & any other online content changes across OHC portfolio

Enable & Collaborate with Regions

  • Partner with Region and Zone Marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs
  • Provide training, best practices, and performance frameworks to ensure effective rollout
  • Partner with MI&A and Commercial Analytics to measure shopper behavior and conversion

Category scope: Power Toothbrushes, Brush Heads, Power Interdental and B2C Whitening

You're the right fit if:

  • You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in Shopper and/or Consumer Marketing
  • You’re a shopper strategist who turns insights into powerful guidance for in-store and online activations
  • You thrive on connecting global strategy with local execution, making toolkits work in reality
  • You’re a strong cross-functional collaborator, fluent in the languages of marketing, sales, and retail
  • You have a commercial mindset and know how to build winning stories for retail partners
  • You love crafting shopper experiences across channels, from shelf to .com to emerging touchpoints
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
