As a Global Supplier Account Manager – Service, Repair & Installations, you will manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including commercial, contracting, and performance aspects for key suppliers impacting customer installations and maintenance. Your role involves executing transformations, delivering cost-saving initiatives, negotiating long-term agreements, scouting new suppliers, and improving supply base performance through Lean/Continuous improvement. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience and strong business acumen.

Job Details

As a Global Supplier Account Manager – Service, Repair & Installations, you will be responsible to manage the E2E supplier relationship (commercial, contracting and performance) for key suppliers in this unique domain. You will be managing suppliers that directly impact our end customers through the installations & maintenance of equipment!

Your role:

  • Managing execution of sizable transformations in the way how we operate together with a cross-functional team.
  • Deliver annual cost-saving initiatives for the commodity and meeting the terms of any contractual obligations.
  • Contracting & Negotiations including long-term agreements with Suppliers.
  • Supply base scouting for new Suppliers for domains not currently covered. Securing productivity funnel related to suppliers in scope.
  • Improving the performance of the supply base against relevant business criteria (Total Cost, Quality and Delivery); Lean / Continuous improvement deployment.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelors / master’s degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent.
  • You have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic sourcing/Procurement role. Including experience in areas such as Market Analysis, Supplier Negotiations, Strategic Buying and Business Process Engineering working in International cross-functional teams.
  • Your skills include Business Acumen, Continuous Improvement, Strong procurement knowledge.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
  • You are an effective communicator and result driven professional, with strong stakeholder management experience as well as ability to influence decisions. Can do mentality is a must!

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in office role.
