Job Description

This role focuses on bringing strategic initiatives to life through compelling visual content, balancing creativity with precision. The Graphic Designer will ensure communications are consistent, engaging, and aligned with PwC’s global brand standards across the Global Risk & Regulatory network, creating visual, written, and digital assets that drive collaboration and impact.

Must Have:
  • Create, update, and adapt PwC-branded materials (presentations, reports, infographics, brochures, social media graphics, newsletters).
  • Refresh existing materials to align with PwC’s latest global brand standards.
  • Review and proof creative assets for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, balancing quality and deadlines.
  • Support visual storytelling through icons, infographics, and layout optimization.
  • Work closely with internal clients, interpret briefs, and propose design solutions.
  • Collaborate with content and SharePoint specialists to integrate visuals into digital platforms.
  • Develop visual assets for digital channels including email campaigns, internal newsletters, social media posts, and web visuals.
  • Ensure timely updates and delivery aligned with internal client expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience producing corporate or marketing design assets.
  • Proven experience creating professional visuals for marketing, communications, or internal campaigns.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Understanding corporate branding, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
  • Experience in designing digital environments (SharePoint, newsletters, web banners).

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a flair for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of brand identity to join the Global Risk & Regulatory (GRR&I) Comms & Brand team.

In this role, you’ll help bring our strategic initiatives to life through compelling visual content, taking ideas from concept to final delivery. It’s a role that balances creativity with precision, with a strong focus on brand application to ensure our communications are consistent, engaging, and aligned with PwC’s global brand standards across the GRR&I network.

About the team

The GRR&I AC Comms & Brand team supports the PwC Global Risk & Regulatory network by shaping and delivering clear, consistent and brand-aligned communications. Based across Buenos Aires and India, our team creates visual, written, and digital assets that drive collaboration, engagement, and impact — all while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across the network. We work closely with business stakeholders and global communications leaders to enhance PwC’s visual identity and strengthen our collective message across internal and external touchpoints.

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Associate who is passionate about creative storytelling, design precision, and brand excellence.

In this role, you will develop, produce, and deliver creative assets that bring our communications to life, ensuring consistency with PwC’s global brand standards and helping the team elevate the visual impact of every message we share. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design, communication, and innovation intersect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and adapt PwC-branded materials (presentations, reports, one-pagers, infographics, brochures, placemats, social media graphics, and newsletters).
  • Refresh existing materials to align with PwC’s latest global brand standards.
  • Review and proof creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance prior to delivery.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, balancing quality and deadlines.
  • Support visual storytelling through the use of icons, infographics, and layout optimization.
  • Work closely with internal clients and interpret briefs, understand content objectives, and propose design solutions.
  • Collaborate with content and SharePoint specialists to integrate visuals into digital platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and knowledge-sharing across the team.
  • Develop visual assets for digital channels including email campaigns and internal newsletters, social media posts and banners, SharePoint graphics and web visuals.
  • Ensure timely updates and delivery aligned with internal client expectations.
  • Support ad-hoc branding or creative projects as needed (e.g., campaign toolkits, merchandise, templates).

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential (After Effects or Premiere a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for branded templates and presentations.
  • Understanding corporate branding, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
  • Experience in designing digital environments (SharePoint, newsletters, web banners).
  • Knowledge or prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply PwC’s global brand guidelines to ensure all materials are visually consistent and on-brand.
