WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Group Product Manager for Packaged Automations to build and scale a new layer on top of Flow Builder — making automation effortless, outcome-driven, and accessible for millions of creators and businesses.

Packaged Automations will serve as a library of ready-to-use workflows that deliver instant value. Under the hood, they run on Flow Builder, but for customers they offer a simple, guided, “one-click” experience. Your role is to define the vision, own the roadmap, and grow the impact of this product area, while building and leading a dedicated team.

Main directions: Quick Automation, Basic Automation, Sequences, Quick Campaigns

This is a unique opportunity to own one of Manychat’s most strategic bets and help shape how millions of users experience automation for the first time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Define the vision & strategy for Packaged Automations as a product layer above Flow Builder.
  • Lead execution: from 0→1 launch to scaling adoption across channels (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Deeply understand customers: research use cases across creators, e-commerce, local businesses, and agencies to design impactful packaged flows.
  • Drive adoption & retention: ensure automations reduce time-to-value, generate measurable business outcomes, and increase customer success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Data to build intuitive, lightweight experiences.
  • Build and scale a team: start hands-on, then hire and mentor PMs as the Packaged Automations unit grows.
  • Measure success: own KPIs like automation adoption, Value Added Conversations (VACs), time-to-value, and health/retention lift.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years leading teams or multiple product areas.
  • Proven record in PLG SaaS and experience with workflow, automation, or no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc.).
  • Track record of shipping products that improved adoption, activation, or retention metrics.
  • Strong collaboration with design and a passion for creating simple, intuitive interfaces.
  • Comfortable in a 0→1 environment: hands-on, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners at scale.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience in marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Understanding of multi-channel ecosystems (IG, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messenger).
  • History of building libraries, templates, or packaged solutions that drove product adoption.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We care deeply about your growth, well-being, and comfort:

  • Hybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your family.
  • Comprehensive health insurance for both you and your family.
  • Professional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.
  • Flexible benefits package to tailor perks that matters most for you.
  • Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance.
  • In-office perks, including free meals and snacks.
  • Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events.
