Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and Design: Lead the research and design of doors and windows products, ensuring products meet market demand, technical requirements, and customer expectations. Formulate R&D plans, organize and supervise team members to complete product design and development tasks.
2. Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to team members, solving technical problems encountered in the production of doors and windows products. Ensure the team possesses sufficient professional knowledge and skills to improve overall technical level.
3. Quality Control: Organize product testing, inspection, and auditing to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
4. Project Management: Responsible for project management of doors and windows products, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet budget and quality requirements.
5. Customer Communication: Understand customer needs and market feedback, incorporating customer opinions and suggestions into product design and improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Apply this information to product R&D and market strategy formulation to improve product market competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, over five years of work experience in a similar position, R&D experience in the doors and windows industry preferred.
2. Strong data analysis ability, cross-departmental communication and coordination ability, innovation ability, cost awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
3. Familiar with the home building materials industry, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry norms.
