As a Growth and Demand Generation Manager, you will build and execute programs to drive new sales pipeline for the HR audience, focusing on nurturing prospects from awareness to closed-won business. This involves developing diverse content and campaign types across multiple channels, creating repeatable campaign motions for rapid deployment and predictable results. The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with brand, content, growth, ops, analytics, product, and sales teams to build and optimize the marketing engine.

  • Strong operational and organizational skills to create repeatable campaign motions.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and flawless execution.
  • Clear communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.

About the role

As Growth and Demand Generation Manager, you’ll build programs to drive new sales pipeline for our HR audience, with an emphasis on nurturing prospects from awareness to closed-won business. You’ll develop a variety of content and campaign types to deploy across multiple channels to achieve funnel growth. In addition, you’ll build repeatable campaign motions that will enable rapid deployment and predictable results. The role is deeply cross-functional. Expect daily collaboration with brand, content, growth, ops, analytics, product, and sales to build the engine. This role sits on the Marketing team

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the strategy for demand gen campaigns that span promoted content, webinars, ebooks, paid ads, field events, ABM, content syndication, inbound and outbound sales activations, and more. You’ll do this across always-on programs and the demand gen plays laddering up to integrated campaigns.
  • Own campaign execution from end-to-end - from concept and planning, to development, production, launch and follow-up.
  • Experiment with new channels and creative tactics, even unconventional ones, to drive growth
  • Create a campaign calendar and build systems and processes that allow our demand gen efforts to scale over time.
  • You’ll partner directly with SDRs on the demand gen campaigns you're running to set them up for success and build a virtuous feedback look on what works and what doesn’t, iterating over time.
  • You’ll analyze your campaign performance to understand how different programs impact funnel performance to accelerate growth. This includes shifting priorities to areas with higher returns and optimizing via testing and learning.
  • You’ll share your wins and losses and report on campaign performance to help the broader marketing team set strategy and plan effectively.

What you will need

  • 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
  • Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, ABM, etc. and how to use these to drive leads and pipeline.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills. You have a history of creating systems and processes that enable repeatable campaign motions.
  • End-to-end ownership. You execute flawlessly (directly & via others) and take your projects across the finish line. You own mistakes and learn from them.
  • You naturally communicate clearly, because you think clearly. You know how to modulate your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive.
  • Collaboration; you have a track record of delivering outsized results by partnering with others cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your roadmap.
  • Agility and speed. You’ll constantly try new ideas in this role. When things don’t work, you pivot; when they do, you move fast to scale them. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
