Rippling is looking for an experienced Product Marketer, Program Manager or Enablement professional to join our Revenue Enablement team to support the Product Sales Organization.
Alongside Enablement Program Managers, you’ll jointly identify opportunity areas for training and documentation, source and develop training materials, create highly polished sales content and manage logistics for ongoing initiatives. You will directly impact the productivity and efficiency of our Product Sales Organization by ensuring every enablement program, from new hire onboarding to major product launches, is flawlessly executed.
You'll serve as the operational backbone of our team, owning the critical day-to-day logistics and coordination. By meticulously managing these processes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales teams have the right knowledge and resources exactly when they need them, directly supporting the success of our growth initiatives.
You’ll love this role if you’re passionate about efficient operations, getting into the details, developing highly polished sales materials, seeing a project through from planning to successful execution, and making a significant impact on the productivity of a fast-growing sales team.
