We are a FinTech that seeks to democratize financial services for all types of companies. We leverage the best technology to create agile, personalized, and transparent solutions. Our goal is to be the largest B2B FinTech in Latam and become the digital CFO for all companies in the region. Xepelin was born in Chile in 2019 and, since then, we have raised over USD145 million in equity and USD300 million in asset-backed facilities to boost growth across the region, especially in the countries where we currently operate, Chile and Mexico. The last equity round was USD111 million, a record in Chile and one of the largest in Latin America for a FinTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in designing customer acquisition strategies through deep data analysis of campaigns, funnels, and channels to identify opportunities to increase conversion.
• Work closely with the Revenue, Growth Engineering, and Data teams to optimize acquisition processes, driving the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collect and analyze key business information to transform it into clear and actionable insights that support strategic growth decisions.
• Design and update executive dashboards and reports with key KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, cost of acquisition, closing time), ensuring stakeholders have real-time visibility into performance and areas for improvement.
• Participate in the review and adjustment of the operating model and value proposition, analyzing commercial metrics and customer feedback to recommend changes that increase acquisition and impact results.

What you need to shine

• University student in careers such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar. Ideally, some experience in Consulting, Fintech, or dynamic work environments.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with data and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate-advanced SQL proficiency.
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous and complex problems.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort in questioning the status quo of financial services and adapting quickly to changes.
