The Mobile Networks Sector is looking for a Head of Engineering Operations and Transformation, assistant to the Competence Center Director (M/F). This key role involves supporting engineering transformation, managing resources (planning, skills mapping, subcontracting management), and developing KPIs/dashboards for continuous improvement. The position is based in Gennevilliers, France, in a context of growth and innovation.

The Mobile Networks Sector is looking for a Head of Engineering Operations and Transformation, assistant to the Competence Center Director (M/F).

YOUR MISSIONS:

As part of the engineering transformation of the Mobile Network Solutions Engineering Competence Center, which is growing in all engineering disciplines, you will be the assistant to the Competence Center Director and will cover several missions:

Support for engineering transformation

• Consolidation and animation of the engineering competitiveness plan, focused primarily on the introduction and deployment of AI in daily engineering and on the deployment of scaled agile practices, co-engineering, and IVV pull flows
• Implementation of the Engineering Performance Plan with project teams and establishment of support aimed at improving practices (e.g., lean coach)

Resource management

• Workload and resource planning, particularly with skills mapping and responsibility for capacity subcontracting, monitoring Service Centers, searching for key expertise, and implementing ad hoc management tools
• Definition and implementation of the Make Team Buy strategy and the outsourcing strategy (footprint)
• Contribution to GEPP.

Reporting - KPI/dashboards development

• Consolidation and monitoring of engineering dashboard indicators
• Definition of progress actions and animation of continuous improvement.
