The manager will coordinate technical aspects, ensure deliverable consistency, participate in client ILS working groups, and manage budgets, working closely with development and ILS teams to optimize service value and prepare for support.

Your daily life

The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radio communications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.

Within the Support and Customer Service (SSC) Domain, you will join the Offer and Project Support Engineering (ISOP – 22 people) department of the Customer Experience and Engineering (CXE) directorate.

You will be responsible for Integrated Logistics Support activities within the framework of equipment or system-level projects to prepare support and optimize service value.

In this context, you will structure and lead the activities to be carried out (Dependability studies, LSA, HSE-P, Documentation, and Training) in accordance with the development milestones of the equipment/system on the one hand and the contractual milestones on the other.

You will participate in client ILS working groups, ensure the delivery of contractual deliverables, relying on the ILS functional teams (3 to 6 people). You will work in co-engineering with the equipment/system development teams. You will report to the EDM (Engineering Delivery Manager) in interface with the program management and the client.

Your missions

  • Responsible for Integrated Logistics Support within the engineering team
  • Structure and lead ILS functional activities (Dependability / Logistics Support Analysis, HSE-P, documentation, training)
  • Ensure technical coordination and overall consistency of deliverables,
  • Participate in client ILS working groups
  • Guarantee the quality of ILS activities, budgets in accordance with development and contractual milestones
  • Lead activities related to Design For Services.

Your profile:

Strong skills in Systems Engineering, applied in demanding technical environments.

Excellent negotiation skills, both internally and with clients, combined with a pedagogical approach to facilitate understanding of challenges.

Confirmed experience in managing activities related to ILS or Support. Expertise in ILS professions, particularly in Dependability and Logistics Support Analysis.

Ability to work closely with project teams and various ILS teams to ensure consistency of deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal skills and client listening, fostering lasting partnerships.

Within the Support and Customer Service domain, you will join the department specializing in ILS, and more specifically a dynamic team of transversal managers. Integrated in co-engineering of one or more Thales SIX projects, you will contribute to high-performance, reliable, and durable equipment.
