Maintenance Assistant (Economic Hotel BH)

This role involves assisting in the conservation of property by performing maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations of small to medium complexity, under supervision. Key responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance based on checklists for systems like pumps, water tanks, lighting, generators, and air conditioning. The assistant will also handle corrective maintenance in apartments for minor issues, clean and paint technical areas, and support masonry and painting tasks. Additional duties include recording daily utility consumption and maintaining the swimming pool, all while adhering to safety procedures.

Must Have

• High School diploma
• Basic knowledge of Electrical systems
• Assist and execute preventive maintenance activities
• Perform corrective maintenance in apartments
• Perform cleaning and painting of technical areas
• Assist in the execution of services in the area, involving masonry and painting
• Read and record daily consumption of gas, water, and energy
• Comply with procedures related to the use of PPE and EPC

Good to Have

• Currently studying technical course in building maintenance
• NR10 certification course
• Proficiency in Office Suite and Internet

Job Description

Objective:

Assist in the execution of patrimony conservation activities, performing maintenance of machines, equipment, and installations (small and medium complexity), following pre-established criteria and procedures, under orientation.

Attributions and responsibilities:

• Assist and execute preventive maintenance activities, based on a check-list, verifying/inspecting the functioning of pumps, water tanks, lighting, generators or hot water heaters, air conditioning, executing the services and informing your superior about the problems detected.
• Execute corrective maintenance in apartments, attending to simpler calls (changing light bulbs, leaks etc.).
• Perform cleaning and painting of technical areas.
• Assist in the execution of services in the area, involving masonry and painting, as well as transporting tools, screwing parts, passing cables and others of a correlated nature.
• Perform reading and register the daily consumption of gas, water and energy.
• Perform the cleaning of the pool (when applicable), vacuuming, measuring PH and chlorine.
• Comply with procedures related to the use of PPE and EPC.
• Execute other correlated attributions according to the need of the area.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School diploma
• Basic knowledge of Electrical systems

Desirable:

• Currently studying technical course in building maintenance
• NR10 certification course
• Office Suite and Internet
• 6 months of experience in the area
