2. Serve as the interface with the Korean R&D team, coordinating discussions on release plans, synchronizing information between both parties, and ensuring smooth and efficient cross-team collaboration.

3. Based on publishing and operation requirements, formulate and implement online release and hot update plans, and be responsible for the quality of external network releases in various global regions.

4. Coordinate various internal technical teams within the company to complete technical preparations for overseas product versions, component integration, and the construction and optimization of operation tool backends.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in game version operations or management; experience in PC/cross-platform version management is preferred.

2. Korean can be used as a working language. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling English documents.

3. ACG game enthusiast, with in-depth experience in open-world RPG games.

4. Possess excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, project driving ability, and stress resistance, capable of adapting to cross-national collaboration.
