Nowadays, we're on the hunt for a Head of Product Design to join our team! 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product Design to lead our product design team. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can oversee the design of engaging user experiences and ensure our product stands out in the competitive online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at guiding their team through the complexities of design work while collaborating effectively with multiple teams across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product design team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing feedback and mentorship

• Develop and refine design strategies that align with Casumo’s business goals and enhance user engagement and satisfaction

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and effective design process from concept to launch

• Drive the design vision and user experience across all platforms, maintaining a high standard of creativity and innovation

• Utilise data-driven insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience

• Provide UX & Visual Design direction within the team whenever necessary through continual reinforcement of Design Principles

• Promote the player and the player experience within the team and throughout the organisation

• Represent the design team and its work to stakeholders, external partners, and at industry events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading a design team, preferably in the online gaming, entertainment, or tech industry

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, user interface design, and creating user-centric solutions

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a diverse design team

• Proficient in design software and technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple disciplines to drive projects forward

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• Experience working with large scale Design Systems and asset libraries

• Shipped cross-platform digital products, experiences and underlying systems
