The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to client areas across the Spanish Latam region (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Panama, Argentina, and Mexico), working closely with leaders to support strategy execution through HR consulting. This role involves implementing COE plans and programs, providing feedback to the HR team, and driving organizational development, talent management, and employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Must Have
- Execute COE strategies effectively within established timelines.
- Identify, develop, and support individual development plans for key employees.
- Formulate action plans to improve organizational climate survey results.
- Manage and optimize organizational structures, validating budget and structure with HR Controller.
- Lead labor relations processes, ensuring a respectful, collaborative, and legally compliant work environment.
- Work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments.

Job Description
Purpose of the position:
To be a strategic partner for client areas distributed across all countries that make up the Spanish Latam region (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Panama, Argentina, and Mexico), working closely with their leaders and accompanying the execution of their strategy with consulting work on all HR topics. Additionally, they are responsible for executing the COE plans, programs, and strategies in their client areas while providing feedback to the HR team with the needs identified.
Deliverables:
- Execution of COE Strategies: Effectively implement the strategies defined by the Centers of Excellence (COE) within established timelines.
- Development Plans and Organizational Climate: Identify, develop, and support the execution of individual development plans for key employees and formulate action plans to improve organizational climate survey results.
- Organizational Development: Continuously manage and optimize organizational structures, formally validating the budget and structure with the HR Controller.
- Labor Relations Management: Lead processes related to labor relations, ensuring a respectful, collaborative, and legally compliant work environment.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Work closely with senior management to understand company objectives and develop HR initiatives that support these objectives.
- Support strategic alignment with client areas and the different individuals that comprise them.
- Guide leaders and teams through organizational change processes, effectively accompanying the transition process and minimizing resistance to change.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall company performance, improve organizational effectiveness, and create a positive and productive workplace.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented.
- Oversee efforts to drive organizational effectiveness improvement by helping to create a positive and productive workplace culture, focusing on employee engagement and retention initiatives that drive overall success.
- Participate in and coordinate human resources projects at a regional and global level, ensuring that implemented solutions are aligned with business strategy and are scalable across the region.
Qualifications
- Education: Industrial engineer, business administrator, economist, or related fields.
- Experience: More than 7 years of experience in human resources roles as a generalist or HRBP or leading development processes. Desirable with regional experience.
- Required technical knowledge: All Human Resources processes.
- Languages: Intermediate high English.
