HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are looking for YOU as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.

These challenges await you:

• You support and coach managers in HR-relevant topics
• You contribute to the operational results of the site
• You drive projects in line with the HR strategy and roadmap
• You coordinate, implement, and coach managers in relation to talent development tools, processes, and policies
• You manage the recruitment and onboarding process
• You identify learning and development measures according to the needs of the site and employees, technological requirements, and company requirements
• You apply and implement all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• You work with the works council
• You ensure compliance with HR KPIs
• You approve overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.

You inspire us with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or similar
• German obligatory, English fluent
• At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in the automotive industry
• Ability to inspire and engage teams
