Valeo is recruiting a Site Human Resources Manager for its Annemasse site – Brain Division. This role involves defining and implementing HR strategy, managing social relations, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating HR policies across sites. The manager will advise leadership on HR matters, lead change management projects, and support HR teams in complex situations, contributing to a positive social climate and effective HR service delivery.

We are recruiting a Site Human Resources Manager for our Annemasse site – Brain Division.

Strategy and Organization

  • Participates in defining the most suitable HR strategy based on the company's strategic orientations.
  • Assists and advises the management of the legal entity and its establishments on human resources management in the context of significant structural and cyclical changes.
  • Formulates recommendations to the Division/Group regarding change management, proposes the implementation of organizational and regulatory developments, and prepares and organizes the resulting negotiations.
  • Leads or contributes to HR projects defined at Group, Division, or France level.

Social Relations

  • Defines and implements the social relations strategy, including collective negotiations (annual and thematic), in compliance with the policy established by the Group.
  • Ensures the maintenance of a positive social climate and coordinates, with operational teams, actions related to quality of life at work (QVT) and risk prevention. In case of conflict, coordinates its resolution in compliance with internal rules.
  • Manages and supervises the company's employee representative bodies.
  • Represents management in social matters with external organizations.

HR Coordination and Support

  • Coordinates the deployment of Group/Division/France HR policies with site HR managers (RRH) and ensures a good understanding of applicable HR procedures (HRPP).
  • Ensures the proper deployment of Group/Division/France communications and reports feedback or alerts from sites.
  • Advises site directors and HR teams on labor law, compliance with internal and collective agreements, and adaptation to legal developments. Guarantees the company's compliance with regulations.
  • Issues necessary recommendations to resolve issues related to organization, communication, or human resources management.
  • Accompagnies and supports HR managers in managing complex individual or collective situations (disputes, harassment prevention).
  • Ensures compliance and publication of the legal social reporting of the legal entity, as well as the monitoring of HR indicators within its scope.
  • Guarantees the proper functioning of the HR department in the absence of an HR manager. Coordinates, if necessary, responses to site needs in conjunction with HR shared service centers (SSC).
  • During site visits, conducts internal audits with HR teams to verify the compliance of regulatory social elements. Organizes training or OJT if necessary to strengthen the effectiveness of HR teams.
