We are recruiting an Intern for a project of Definition, structuring and monitoring of Supply chain skills M/F

Your missions:

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to the development of our supply chain employees' skills.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work on the implementation and monitoring of training paths. Be responsible for analyzing training needs: gathering team expectations and identifying areas for improvement.

Participate in drafting skills assessment and monitoring indicators.

Contribute to the implementation of training plan monitoring and deployment.

Monitor training actions and ensure coordination (planning, registrations, support).

Propose areas for improvement to optimize paths and employee experience.

Participate in the creation and drafting of training content.

About you:

Education: Student in Bac+5 training (Human Resources, Management, Training, or equivalent).

Interest in skill development and project management.

Good writing and organizational skills.

Team spirit, curiosity and autonomy.

Required qualities: You are curious and the complexity of global internal/external flows interests you. You are recognized for your animation qualities and synthesis spirit.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable with communication.

Solid computer skills required: You are comfortable with information systems and have the ability to design and develop tools to better understand the international scope and quickly analyze and identify areas for improvement.

Languages: You are fluent in English.

Duration: 6 months from October 2025
