Intern in the Training Administration Department (paid internship)

The Shared Services Center covers areas such as Finance/Accounting, IT, HR, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management. The Center covers all Production Plants in Poland and selected locations in Europe.

Currently, we are recruiting for the position of Intern in the Training Administration Department at our SSC Center in Skawina.

Your tasks will include:

• Introducing changes and maintaining data accuracy in systems
• Timely preparation of reports and statements
• Organization, supervision, and ongoing support for training matters
• Creating learning communications/posters
• Supervising the process of creating and closing sessions on time in the MyL system
• Supervising the update of the training catalog in the MyL system

• You are a graduate of first or second-cycle studies or a current student of the 2nd-5th year
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of Excel (also in Google Sheets)
• Ability to think analytically
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Diligence and reliability, good time management
• Communicativeness
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Motivation to acquire knowledge and experience
• Excellent self-organization
• Availability to work 5 days a week
