Must Have

• Recruiting, pre-screening, and conducting interviews
• Coordinating adaptation and performance processes
• Working with and implementing HR procedures and policies
• Advising management on personnel management issues
• Providing support to employees and resolving HR issues
• Organising corporate and social events
• Preparing various HR reports and ad-hoc analysis
• Supervising health and safety policies
• Possess managerial skills
• Demonstrate great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Russian language
• Very good command of the English language

• Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;
• Coordinating adaptation and performance;
• Working with current HR procedures and policies, and implementing new ones;
• Advising management on personnel management issues;
• Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;
• Organising corporate and social events;
• Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;
• Supervising health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;
• Managerial skills;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;
• Russian language proficiency;
• Very good command of the English language.
