Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic HR Operations Specialist to support the seamless execution of core HR processes. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence across payroll, benefits, and administrative functions, while contributing to a thoughtful and people-centered employee experience.
Must have:
  • Coordinate monthly payroll activities in partnership with Finance and external vendors
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with precision and confidentiality
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and official documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes with care and attention to detail
  • Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with external providers (e.g., legal, payroll, benefits) to ensure service quality
  • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes while keeping people at the center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Coordinate monthly payroll activities in partnership with Finance and external vendors
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor regulations and internal policies
  • HR Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with precision and confidentiality
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and official documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes with care and attention to detail
  • Operational Excellence
  • Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws and HR systems
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) – required for effective communication with global stakeholders and documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to caring for people
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
