HR/Recruitment [Junior Class]

As a junior-level HR and recruitment professional, you will be involved in all aspects of HR recruitment within the management department. This includes planning and executing recruitment strategies, coordinating with the development department (requirements gathering, designing ideal candidate profiles), building relationships with recruitment agencies, handling recruitment advertising, and managing contracts with temporary staff and outsourcing partners (including new business development). Additional responsibilities include reviewing HR systems and planning and running internal training programs.
